Yesterday picked up the local paper, front page exodus from Ealing.
The cinema, Safeway and Russel & Bromley all ready to leave.
What will be left?
Giant pound shops and second hand good shops perhaps.
If not perhaps they will be given planning permission by the council for change of use to restaurants, nightclubs etc. Which we need in the borough like a hole in the head.
Don't you just love this borough.

I took some pictures of Hanwell today.
Starting at Wickes and going towards the Broadway.
The pictures were taken on a camera phone so the quality is not that good, but the charm of Hanwell shines thro' I think.
